Our site compound was be set up within the green space area on Laurelhill Street.

What did we do?

We removed a 50m section of the sewer in Laurelhill Place and replaced it with an upgraded, larger sewer that will increase the capacity of the network. This will help alleviate internal flooding experienced by properties on this street.

For the duration of these works a section of Laurelhill Place was required to be closed to all vehicles, along with a section of the footpath. Pedestrian access to properties was maintained throughout the project.

The section of road shown will be closed to all vehicles, along with a section of the footpath. Pedestrian access to properties will always be maintained.

When are we doing it?

Work will started on Monday 19th August and was completed by Friday 1st November.

As we are now out-with the seeding season we will be returning in the Spring to re-seed the grass where our site compound was located. Fencing remains in place to protect this area.

We would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding whilst we carried out this essential upgrade work.
