R-MeX Results

In August 2025, Scottish Water commissioned Turquoise Thinking (an independent research agency) to conduct an online survey with Licensed Providers. The survey was based on the R-MeX (Retailer Measure of Experience) methodology used by MOSL in England to allow Scottish Water to benchmark its performance against English wholesalers.  A huge thank you to the Licensed Providers who took part in the survey, your feedback is appreciated.
