Nairn waste water network upgrades

Investment
We are carrying out site investigation works on Lochloy Road in Nairn
We are upgrading the waste water system in Nairn to help manage heavy rainfall, protect the community from flooding and improve the water environment. To help plan our future works in this area we require to carry out some site investigation works within the car park outside Scotmid on Lochloy Road. This work includes, trial hole excavations, manhole surveys and a borehole ground survey.
Work is planned to start from Monday 24 March and is expected to be completed within approximately one to two weeks.
During the works there will be some restrictions to parking in the car park. Working areas will be fenced off to ensure safety of workforce and car park users.
Our contractors AIM will be carrying out these works on our behalf. They will do all they can to keep disruption to a minimum and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
